Vibe code to production

Your vibe-coded app, live — secure and scalable

With Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Replit you can build a working demo in an afternoon. Running it safely in production is a different craft — and the AI won't tell you what you're missing. I check your app, fix what's needed and keep it running.

Sound familiar?

These are the moments when a second pair of eyes makes the difference:

  • You want to take on paying customers or start handling personal data.
  • A customer, investor or IT department asks: how secure is it, really?
  • The app is getting slow, or the Supabase or OpenAI bill is shooting up.
  • The AI keeps breaking the same thing and you no longer understand your own code.

That's when a second pair of eyes helps — from someone who has spent years building software that has to keep running in production.

The route in 5 steps

One route, from a free conversation to someone who keeps an eye on your code. You step in where it fits and pay a fixed price per step — not by the hour.

  1. 1
    Checklist + free intake
    Free

Together we go through my 15-point checklist: secret keys, database rules, backups, costs and more. Afterwards you know where your app stands and whether a health check makes sense. No obligations.

  2. 2
    App health check
From €950 — fixed price in your quote

An inspection of your app, with your permission and read-only access wherever possible. You get a report in plain language: red, orange or green per item, a prioritised fix list and my advice — repair or rebuild. Turnaround is about a week, including a 30-minute walkthrough.

  3. 3
    Make it production-ready
From €2,500 — fixed price in your quote

I fix the red items from the health check and test them again. Your app gets separate test and production environments, backups with a tested restore, and monitoring. Before we start, we agree in one sentence what 'done' means. New features are not part of it.

  4. 4
    Maintenance
From €195/month — fixed price in your quote

Updates, security patches, monitoring and small changes, with a single point of contact. So your app keeps working while your user base grows.

  5. 5
    Review subscription
From €295/month — fixed price in your quote

You keep building yourself, and I review as a senior developer. You prepare a change, I review it within 2 working days for security, data and architecture — before it goes live. Your quote states the maximum number of reviews per month.

All prices are starting prices. After a free intake you get a quote with one fixed price — no billing by the hour, no surprises.

What the health check covers

Five topics, fifteen concrete items in total. For each item you hear in plain language what the risk is and what the fix is.

Security
No secret keys in the code that runs in the browser. Database rules that make sure every user sees only their own data, and every action is also checked on the server.
Costs & AI
A spending cap and alerts on paid APIs, so a single bot can't blow up your bill. If your app uses AI itself, also protection against prompt injection and a limit on input.
Data & GDPR
Automatic backups, and one real test that restoring them works. A privacy statement, data processing agreements and data in the EU where possible.
Reliability & scale
Error reporting and monitoring, so you notice problems before your customers do. And whether it holds up with 10,000 users or records.
Maintainability
Code in version control, separate test and production environments, and tests on the critical flows, so the next AI change can't quietly break them.

What it is — and what it isn't

A health check is a snapshot: findings on the date of the check, within the agreed scope, not a guarantee. Software changes, so what is green today can look different after the next change.

If you let me do the fixes afterwards, I deduct the health check fee from the quote for making it production-ready.

I only inspect apps whose owner asks me to.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Replit?

Yes. It doesn't matter which tool your app was built with: I look at what came out of it — the code, the database and the environment it runs on. If someone else built the app for you, that works too, as long as you are the owner and give me access.

Does my app need to be rebuilt?

Usually not, and the health check will show it. The rule of thumb: if the red items are at the edges — configuration, missing checks, no backups — we repair. If they are in the foundation — the data model, the way login works, everything in one file — and the app is still small, rebuilding is often cheaper. You get that advice in writing, with the trade-off spelled out.

How do you get access to my code?

Only with your permission and as limited as possible: read-only wherever it can be. You never share passwords or keys by email. I treat everything as confidential, with a non-disclosure agreement on request, and my access is revoked once we're done.

What does it cost?

The checklist and the intake are free. After that you pay per step, each with a fixed price in your quote: the app health check from €950, making it production-ready from €2,500, maintenance from €195 per month and the review subscription from €295 per month. How far above that starting price you end up depends on the size of the code, the number of integrations (payments, email, external APIs), the number of users, how sensitive the data is, the state of the code and your customers' requirements. If you let me do the fixes, I deduct the health check fee. All prices are starting prices. After a free intake you get a quote with one fixed price — no billing by the hour, no surprises.

Can I keep building myself?

Yes, and that's often the smartest choice: you know your product best. That's what the review subscription is for. You keep building the way you're used to, and I review every change within 2 working days for security, data and architecture before it goes live. You keep the pace of building with AI, with a senior developer checking your work.

Is my app secure after the health check?

After the health check you know what state your app was in on the date of the check, within the scope we agreed. That is a snapshot, not a guarantee: every new change can alter things. If you want it to stay in order, maintenance or the review subscription is the logical next step.
