What does an AI project really cost?

The intake is free, the pilot has a fixed price from €2,500, the implementation project gets a fixed price based on what it delivers, and maintenance starts at €350 per month. You pay per step, so you never commit to anything big before you have seen something work. All prices are indicative, not a hard quote — after the free intake we put together a proposal that fits.

How long does a pilot take?

About two weeks, at a fixed price. In those weeks we pick one pain, define in one sentence what 'done' means, I build it, and you see it work on your own situation.

What if it doesn't work?

If it doesn't work as hoped, you've learned that for a small, fixed price — instead of after months of building. That is what the pilot is for: it answers whether AI actually works in your situation before you invest big.

What do I have to provide myself?

A few of your own examples — your order emails, your documents, the questions that come in. I build the rest. You don't need AI knowledge in-house and you don't have to free up a technical team.

Does it work with our existing systems?

Usually, but it depends on what you use. In the pilot it runs on your own examples, separate from your systems. In the implementation project we connect it to the systems where it actually has to work — which ones those are, and what that takes, we look at in the free intake.

Who owns the code and the data?

We agree that per project, in two flavours: either everything is handed over to you completely — code, configuration and data, in your own environment — or it is your property while Izelaar AI keeps the management. Which of the two it becomes is decided during the intake. The same per-situation trade-off applies to your data: cloud where that works, running locally where the data is sensitive.

How quickly can you start?

The first step can begin within four weeks of the intake. The intake itself is free and non-binding, so you can always have that conversation first to see whether it fits.
