AI is not a button but a team member. In half a day you lift your people from 'messing around a bit with ChatGPT' to working productively and safely — developers or your marketing, sales, support, admin or management team. Taught by a developer who uses these tools every day.

Frequently asked questions
Is prior knowledge required?
For track 2 — AI for your team — no technical knowledge is required. Track 1 is meant for developers who (want to) work with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor; there programming experience is the starting point.
What if the levels within the team differ a lot?
That is usually not a problem. The training is interactive and we work with your own tasks, so everyone practises on their own work and therefore at their own level. Those who are further along go deeper into their own case, those just starting pick up the basics.
Why a price per group and not per person?
Because the training takes half a day, whether three or eight people are in the room. Per group, not per person — that keeps it simple and stops you leaving someone behind to keep the bill down. These are indicative prices; the final price follows after a free intake.
Can the training be online?
Yes, online training for distributed teams is possible on request. By default the training is in-company and on-site. The setup stays the same: interactive, with your own tasks.
How many people is it for?
The tiers run from 2 to 8 people: a small team of 2–3 and a team of 4–8. Larger groups, multiple groups or custom setups are possible on request.
What can they concretely do the next day?
Teams know which tool to reach for, can prompt effectively for their own daily work and know what not to paste into an AI tool. Developers leave with a way of working to feed context well, split up tasks and review AI output critically. They did that on their own tasks during the training, so it is not theory.
